Values are the key principles that guide our behavior and the choices we make every day at our workplaces.

We have three values. Some we are doing well already, others we need to make more of an effort to achieve. They are all important, they are all achievable.

We operate in an ethical manner towards people and environment. We respect people and differences. We do the right things, in the right way, at the right time. We care for our community.

2. Create value

We know our business and customers. We contribute to the long term development of the customers and company. We deliver on promises. We strive for excellence in everything we do.

3. Learn and renew

We are ready to change. We actively look for new ways of doing things better. We share information and co-operate across the organization. We learn from our mistakes.
